Hi Guys, It's long time since I blogged, and now I am back in action. Today I am writing this note with my experience with Samsung India service. My Television (Samsung) went in to coma last week-end and the service guy who inspected the set declared the PCB be changed as it got partially or maximum damaged due to some power surge (very common in Bangalore?). I couldn't decide immediately as it costs more for the change of circuit and hence decided to take the TV to Samsung Customer Service Center at BTM layout (Yes...the same traffic messed BTM layout my fellow Bangalorean). As son as reached the place - it was raining already - the security guard informed an attender and my TV got a warm welcome to Samsung center and found a warm place @ Discussion room! Just with in 10 minutes it was attended and I was informed that for a PCB change I would get a brand new 200 channel, Game included TV circuit in place of the old circuit for 3800 Rs. only.
